Water Department
Water meters are read and billed every other month- February, April, June, August, October & December. Water bills may be paid:
by cash in person during office hours
by check in the drop box, mailed, or in person
online through our service provider. You will incur an additional fee from our service provider when paying online. The Village of Candor does not charge for this service.
Please Note: you will incur online provider service fees:
Credit card payments less than $64.00 incur a fee of $1.75.
Credit card payments equal to or great than $64.00 incur a fee of 2.75% of the total payment.
E-Check payments of $0.01 – $1,999.99 incur a fee of $2.50.
