Code Enforcement

If you’re planning to build, make improvements, or install a mobile home on your Village property call Code Enforcement Officer, Mike Katchmir (607-227-1748), to inform him of your plans. Depending on the type of work, you may or may not require a permit prior to the start of your project.

If a permit is required, you can pick up an application at our office (138 Main Street) or download the relevant form below. All permits currently require a $50.00 payment, which must be submitted with the application.

• Building & Mobile Home permit application

• Demolition permit application

• Septic permit application

After your application is received and approved by the Code Enforcement Officer, your final permit will be issued. This permit must be placed in clear view on the project site.
